Ingredients Required in Dabeli Masala

  • 1 teaspoon Steep Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 inch cinnamon stick
  • 1 big cardamom
  • 2-3 cloves
  • 1 star anise
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon white sesame
  • 2 tbsp dry coconut
  • 2-3 dry red chilies
  • 1/2 tsp amchur powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp amchur powder
  • salt to taste

  1. 2 medium size boiled potatoes
  2. 2-3 tsp peanut butter (with 3-4 tbsp water)
  3. 1/4 cup carrot grated

  7. 2-3 sour-sweet jaggery tamarind chutney
  8. 2 tbsp oil
  9. 2 tbsp grated coconut

  13. 1/4 cup fresh pomegranate seeds

  3. 2-3 tbsp green chutney
  4. 2-3 tbsp tamarind chutney

  • First of all you have to collect all the ingredients to prepare Dabeli.
  • After this, roast all the dry and standing spices and grind them and prepare the powder.
